Animal Shelter - Otterspool (Romiley) £350.00

Donkey Sanctuary Deepdale Park £80.00 (plus 60 packets of biscuits for the donkeys!)

Well doneto Sue and all the boys and girls who have worked very hard fund raising throughout the Year, as well as having great fun!

Ulster Province Committee News
This was the first time that a Ulster Province Dance was held in Manchester. Pat Morgan chaired the meeting of members of the active Ulster associations in Manchester. They are Armagh, Cavan, Donegal, Down, Fermanagh, Monaghan & Tryone. The other two counties, Antrim & Derry, do not have an association here in Manchester, but were still represented by many supporters

Flags shirts and banners from all nine counties where hung around the hall to make it look very colourful. Sharon, Aiden & the Strangers provided the music along with Aiden having the criac With everyone as usual. The night was a great success with a huge support, so much so that over £1,000 Was raised, of which the Ulster Province donated £1320-00 to Francis House

As this night was so successful it was agreed to hold another dance on October 2nd at English Martyrs, so Sean Wilson was booked. This was another fantastic evening for the Ulster Province and again charity was the winner with £1,000 going to the Irish Community Care Graves Appeal. This will be handed over to Irish Community at their dance on 20th November at St Kentigans

As a result of the success of the above the Ulster Province have booked Sean Wilson for another fundraising dance at English Martyrs in 2005
